聚氨酯芳纶平纹织物武术运动复合防刺材料制备与性能实验研究

摘 要:武术运动中有许多项目需运用锐器,会对人体安全造成一定的威胁。基于此,为得到防刺性能更加优异的武术运动复合防刺材料,制备了聚氨酯(C3H8N2O)芳纶平纹织物武术运动复合防刺材料,研究了不同种类的C3H8N2O、不同涂层工艺和叠加结构的C3H8N2O芳纶平纹织物武术运动复合防刺材料对防刺性能的影响。结果表明:Base cloth的防刺性能较C3H8N2O复合芳纶布的防刺性能更优;常规的聚酯型C3H8N2O和聚醚型C3H8N2O与聚碳酸酯型C3H8N2O复合材料的撕裂性能与防刺性能相比较差;组成组分相同的、叠加结构不同的织物其防刺性能不同。

Abstract:Many events in martial arts require the use of sharps, which will pose a certain threat to human safety. Based on this, in order to obtain a martial arts composite stab-resistant material with better stab resistance, a polyurethane (C3H8N2O) aramid plain weave fabric martial arts composite stab-resistant material was prepared. The effects of different types of C3H8N2O, C3H8N2O aramid plain weave fabrics with different coating processes and superimposed structures on martial arts sports composite stab-resistant materials were studie.The results show that the stabbing performance of Base cloth is better than that of C3H8N2O composite arylon cloth. The conventional polyester type C3H8N2O and polyether type C3H8N2O and polycarbonate type C3H8N2O composites have poor tearing and stabbing performance. The stings resistance of fabrics with the same composition and different superposition structure is different.

0 引言
防刺服可以有效预防武术运动中对人体产生的攻击伤害,是对人体安全起到防护作用的一种服装。武术运动复合防刺材料不仅要求穿着舒适,而且还需要具备灵活性不能影响运动等。C3H8N2O芳纶织物及其复合材料都是防刺材料领域研究重点研究对象。将C3H8N2O表面的樹脂涂覆在芳纶织物上,其防刺性能有了显著提高[1]。文章对不同工艺制造的芳纶平纹织物武术运动复合材料的防刺性能进行了试验。
1 实验
1.1 实验材料及仪器
(1)实验所需材料:基础芳纶材料(芳纶无捻复丝),线密度为34.3tex/100根,断裂强度为21.050cN/dtex,断裂伸长率为3.62%,圣维奥新材料公司产品;常规C3H8N2O硬泡组合料all、聚醚型聚氨酯D,Foshan wengkaier Trade Co., Ltd;自制了聚碳酸酯型C3H8N2OB、C。
