摘 要：篮球制作中将无溶剂聚氨酯环保材料作为首选材料，即满足篮球弹性性能，又能达到节能环保要求。文章对无溶剂聚氨酯材料应用进行解读;通过半预聚体、预聚体等方法探究无溶剂聚氨酯弹性体制备过程;分析无溶剂聚氨酯弹性体基本性能、力学性能、耐介质性能等。

Abstract：Solvent-free polyurethane environmental protection material is the preferred material in basketball production， which not only meets the elastic performance of basketball， but also meets the requirements of energy conservation and environmental protection. In this paper， the application of solvent-free polyurethane materials is explained. The preparation process of solvent-free polyurethane elastomer was investigated by means of semi-prepolymer and prepolymer. The basic properties， mechanical properties and dielectric resistance of solvent-free polyurethane elastomers were analyzed.

0 引言

籃球中使用的无溶剂聚氨酯弹性体属于嵌段聚合物，其储存大量极性基团，能够在无溶剂聚氨酯分子内形成氢键。材质中的软段与硬段能够产生微相分离，线性聚氨酯也能够通过氢键达成物理联交。以上结构特征赋予无溶剂聚氨酯弹性体高密度、高弹性、高耐磨性、高硬度、高韧性、耐油性等优势特征，在市场中得到认同及应用。

1 无溶剂聚氨酯材料应用概述

根据聚氨酯弹性体不同加工属性，可将其分为3类：浇注型（CPU）、热塑性型（TPU）及混合型（MPU）聚氨酯弹性体[1]。聚氨酯弹性体具备良好的综合属性，所以被广泛应用于体育器材、农业加工生产、医疗技术等领域。例如：在体育器材篮球生产领域中，它可以用作篮球表面胶体材料、粘合剂等;在机械制造领域中，它可以用作胶带、密封材料等;在汽车行业中，它可以用作轮胎原材料、密封圈等;在轻工业领域中，可用作聚氨酯鞋底材料、聚氨酯纤维等;在建筑工业领域中，可用于防水材料、装饰材料等。目前我国越来越重视环保工作的落实，在无溶剂聚氨酯环保材料使用中逐渐深入探究，使其被更多生产领域应用。……
