摘 要：文章以乳牙作为研究对象，通过使用多乐氟、生物活性玻璃溶液、五倍子溶液及生物活性玻璃和五倍子结合溶液对乳牙釉质早期龋治疗进行处理;然后使用扫描电镜对不同组的样本进行观察，使用荧光显微镜对不同样本牙齿进行观察，使用生化分析仪对再脱矿处理中脱矿液的钙离子浓度进行测定。实验结果表明，生物活性玻璃和五倍子的结合溶液对乳牙釉质早期龋治疗效果最好。

Abstract：This paper takes deciduous teeth as the research object， and treats the early caries of deciduous tooth enamel by using dole fluoride， bioactive glass solution， gallnut solution and bioactive glass and gallnut combined solution; then using scanning electron microscope to observe different groups of samples， a microhardness tester was used to measure different sample teeth， and a biochemical analyzer was used to measure the calcium ion concentration of the demineralization solution in the re-demineralization treatment. The experimental results show that the combined solution of bioactive glass and gallnut has the best effect on the treatment of early caries of enamel of deciduous teeth.

如今，低齡儿童喜欢喝碳酸饮料，提高了乳牙釉质龋病的发生概率。于是人类对乳牙龋病的重视程度不断提高，进行早期龋治疗将有利于治疗效果。生物活性玻璃是一种能够修复、再生和替代组织的材料，在牙科、骨科领域中具有广泛作用[1]。将生物活性玻璃材料应用到乳牙釉质早期龋治疗中，能够促进釉质再矿化[2]。五倍子属于一种中草药，该材料应用到龋齿治疗中能够阻碍牙本质龋的进展速度[3]。通过相关学者对五倍子的研究，五倍子具有抗菌作用，能够抑制脱矿、促进再矿化，能够抑制龋齿的发展等作用[4]。所以文章将对这两组材料及其结合体在乳牙釉质早期龋治疗中进行应用分析。

1 实验过程

1.1 实验材料和仪器

实验需要的主要材料为乳前牙，还需要人工唾液、五倍子、多乐氟、生物活性玻璃粉体、人工脱矿液（50 mmol/L冰醋酸、2.2 mmol/L磷酸二氢钾、2.2 mmol/L硝酸钙、PH=4.5）、去离子水、无水乙醇等。……
