果树栽培中的植物生长剂制备及应用

摘 要:针对果树栽培中植物生长剂产品品种较少且缺乏创新的问题,本研究以N,N-二乙胺基乙醇为原料、二甲苯为溶剂、硫酸氧钛为催化剂,分别与丙二酸、丁二酸、富马酸反应合成了三羧酸循环类植物生长剂。通过以苹果种子和葡萄种子为研究对象,以DA-6溶液和蒸馏水为对照实验组,对本研究制备得到的三羧酸循环类植物生长剂对果树种子的萌发和生根进行了实验分析。结果表明,本研究制备的丙二酸双脂胺盐、丁二酸双脂胺盐、富马酸双脂胺盐三羧酸循环类植物生长剂具有高校的植物生长调节作用,可广泛应用于实际果树栽培中。

Abstract:In view of the lack of variety and innovation of plant growth agents in fruit cultivation, tricarboxylic acid cyclic plant growth agents were synthesized from N, N-diethylamino ethanol as raw material, xylene as solvent, titanium oxysulfate as catalyst, malonic acid, succinic acid and fumaric acid respectively. Taking apple seeds and grape seeds as research objects, DA-6 solution and distilled water as control experimental group, the effects of tricarboxylic acid cycle plant growth agent on fruit tree seed germination and rooting were studied. The results showed that the cyclic plant growth agents of dialkylamine malonate, diallyl ammonium succinate and dicarboxylic acid tricarboxylic acid prepared in this study have the high-efficiency plant growth regulation effects, and can be widely used in the cultivation of fruit trees.

農业生产活动中,植物生长调节剂的应用越来越广泛,多年以来占据“其他类”农药份额的50%以上[1],可见其重要性。但目前我国的植物生长调节剂多为仿制国外产品,如赤霉素、胺鲜脂DA-6[2]等,缺乏创新性,因此研究开发国产新型植物生长调节剂势在必行。随着国家对农业生产的重视,本研究依据三羧酸循环化合物[3]原理,以N,N-二乙胺基乙醇为原料、二甲苯为溶剂、硫酸氧钛为催化剂[4],分别与丙二酸、丁二酸、富马酸反应合成了三羧酸循环类植物生长剂,并通过种子萌发和生根实验,验证了该类植物生长剂可促进植物的生长和发育。
