金属材料热处理工艺与技术分析

摘 要:金属材料具有塑性好、韧性强、耐腐蚀性好和强度高等性能,能够在很多领域中发挥重要作用。为了使得金属材料发挥更好的应用效果,使用热处理工艺对其进行处理,有助于进一步提高金属材料的综合性能。文章主要分析金属材料热处理工艺和技术,首先对金属材料及热处理工艺进行简要分析,然后分析热处理工艺对金属材料的影响,只有使用科学、合理的热处理工艺,才能使得金属材料的综合性能更加完善。文章还分析了几种金属材料热处理技术,比如激光热处理技术、热处理CAD技术、真空热处理技术等。随着科学技术的发展,热处理技术变得更加先进和完善,对金属材料进行加工处理将会具有更好的效果。

Abstract:Metal materials have the properties of good plasticity, strong toughness, good corrosion resistance and high strength, which can play an important role in many fields. In order to make the metal materials exert better application effects, the heat treatment process is used to treat them, which helps to further improve the comprehensive performance of the metal materials. Therefore, the paper mainly analyzes the heat treatment process and technology of metal materials. First, it briefly analyzes the metal materials and heat treatment process, and then analyzes the effect of heat treatment process on metal materials. Only by using scientific and reasonable heat treatment process can the comprehensive performance of metal materials be more perfect. . The paper also analyzes several metal material heat treatment technologies, such as laser heat treatment technology, heat treatment CAD technology, and vacuum heat treatment technology. With the development of science and technology, heat treatment technology has become more advanced and perfect, and processing metal materials will have better results.

在国民经济中工业生产一直占据着非常重要的部分,涉及到人类生活的方方面面,在社会的快速发展过程中,工业生产也在不断发展,并且也带动了其他行业的发展,比如有色金属行业等。当前,有色金属的开发和利用越来越多,所以推动了热处理技术快速发展,使其变得更加完善和成熟[1]。由于热处理工艺和技术直接决定着金属材料的物理性能,如果在使用过程中,其工艺和技术存在问题,那么就会降低金属材料的耐久性、抗疲劳性、硬度等,使得所生产的产品不符合质量要求,将会增加企业的制造成本,还会存在安全事故[2]。……
