5月13日，市發展改革委消息，国家发改委、科技部发布了《关于深入推进全面创新改革工作的通知》（发改高技〔2021〕484号），在北京等13个省市深入推进全面创新改革工作。其中，重庆成为新增的国家“全面创新改革试验区”之一，意味着重庆改革创新探索将迎来重大利好。

On May 13， it was learned from Municipal Development and Reform Commission that， National Development and Reform Commission and Ministry of Science and Technology issued Notice about Deeply Promoting Comprehensive Innovation and Reform （FGGJ [2021] No.484） a few days ago， so as to deeply implement comprehensive innovation and reform in 13 provinces and cities， such as Beijing etc. Among them， Chongqing has been selected the new national “pilot reform zone for all-round innovation”， which means that Chongqings exploration of reform and innovation will usher in a major positive.
