一种无线冲击波超压存储测试系统

【摘  要】冲击波超压测试是武器系统毁伤效果评估的重要手段,传统冲击波超压测试是通过低噪声电缆拉长线远距离测量的,爆轰当量大时拉线较长,会对冲击波信号测量产生干扰,影响其准确性。无线冲击波超压存储测试系统,采用存储测试和无线管理相结合的方式,避免了长线测量带来的信号干扰,免布线无线管理方式节约了测试成本,提前开机启动方式避免了因触发阈值设置过低造成的误启动和触发阈值设置过高造成的不启动。

【Abstract】Shock wave overpressure test is an important method for assessing the damage effect of weapon systems. Traditional shock wave overpressure test is measured by low-noise cable extension wires at a long distance. When the detonation equivalent is large, the drawwire is longer, which will disturb the measurement of shock wave signal and affect its accuracy. Wireless shock wave overpressure storage test system, by adopting the combination of storage test and wireless management way, to avoid the long term measurement of signal interference, avoid wiring wireless management way to save the test cost. The startup mode of starting in advance avoids the false startup caused by too low trigger threshold setting and the non-startup caused by too high trigger threshold setting.

1 引言

大当量爆轰试验冲击波超压测试时,传统的拉长线测量缺点突出:

①信号线拉线较长,会对真实的信号产生干扰;②战斗部爆炸时弹片经常会击中信号线,导致记录信号不完整;③低噪声电缆价格昂贵,一次测量成本高;④多路测量时电缆布线复杂,试验需提前一两天准备;⑤为防止测试电缆被弹片击中,需深埋地下,不利于寒区作业。怎样高效、低成本、精准、可靠地获得冲击波超压试验数据,是大当量战斗部毁伤评估试验中迫切需要解决的问题。

针对目前大当量战斗部毁伤评估中冲击波超压测试出现的问题,开发设计一款具有无线管理功能的存储测试系统,该系统相对于传统有线测量优势明显:

①传感器和记录器一体设计,信号传输线长度小于10cm,壳体屏蔽不易受外界信号干扰;②记录器采取远程无线管……
