【摘  要】企业统计作为国家统计的一个重要组成部分，在企业自身发展、壮大中发挥着重要作用。为适应时代的变化以及实现长远发展，化工企业必须正视统计工作中存在的问题，并分析出现问题的原因，积极优化策略，从而在根本上提升化工企业内部统计人员的工作水平，提升化工企业的市场竞争力，推动化工企业有序运营和健康发展。

【Abstract】As an important part of national statistics， enterprise statistics plays an important role in the development and growth of the enterprise itself. In order to adapt to the changes of the times and realize the long-term development， chemical enterprises must face up to the problems existing in the statistical work， analyze the causes of the problems， and actively optimize the strategies， so as to fundamentally improve the working level of internal statisticians in chemical enterprises， improve the market competitiveness of chemical enterprises， and promote the orderly operation and healthy development of chemical enterprises.

1 引言

对于化工企业来讲，统计工作在企业决策中发挥着重要作用。基于统计工作，企业领导可以把握企业经营情况，可以基于此提出有利的决策。所以做好企业统计工作，推动企业统计工作朝着合理化、规范化方向发展非常重要。在社会主义市场经济体制下，化工企业从计划导向转变为市场导向，以顺应市场经济发展。

2 现代化工企业统计存在的问题

经济信息化的发展对化工企業内部统计工作带来了巨大挑战。新市场经济格局的形成要求化工企业内部统计工作必须加强革新，如此才能提升企业竞争力。

2.1 企业组织内部管理不完善，限制统计工作作用的发挥

信息化操作已经被广泛应用于统计工作中，化工企业统计工作也正在从以往的数据整理不断地向组织、部门等方向发展，并且以统计工作规范员工职责、提升业务能力，这对统计工作人员的协调能力、管理能力提出了很高的要求，唯有如此，化工企业统计工作才能顺应时代的发展，才能保持先进性。……
