【摘  要】铁路普速客运车站旅客运输在我国铁路旅客运输中发挥着重要作用，而铁路旅客运输是铁路运输的重要组成部分。但是铁路普速客运车站却存在着与市场不相适应的一些问题。当今社会，私家车和公共汽车等出行方式日益增加，服务质量已经变成客运行业的第一生命。铁路客运想要突出，就要想办法提高服务质量，好的车站客运服务质量慢慢变成了核心竞争力之一。在高速铁路快速发展的今天，普速客运车站也占据着一定的市场份额，而普速客运车站还满足不了人们日益提出的新需求，有着与市场不适应的地方，想要发展，就要先改变客运车站的服务质量。论文通过研究影响普速客运车站服务质量的几个因素，多角度提出提高车站客运服务质量的建议。

【Abstract】Passenger transport in railway general speed passenger station plays an important role in railway passenger transport in China， and railway passenger transport is an important part of railway transport. However， there are some problems that do not adapt to the market. Nowadays， private cars and buses are also increasing， and the quality of service has become the first life of passenger transport industry. If railway passenger transport wants to be prominent， it is necessary to find ways to improve service quality， and good station passenger service quality has gradually become one of the core competitiveness. With the rapid development of high speed railway， the general speed passenger station also occupies a certain market share， and the general speed passenger station can not meet the increasing new needs of people. It has something that doesn't fit the market. It is necessary to change the service quality of passenger stations first. This paper studies several factors that affect the service quality of general speed passenger transport station， and puts forward some suggestions to improve the service quality of passenger transport station.

1 影响普速客运车站服务质量的因素

1.1 选址偏，客流量少

有些铁路普速客运车站尤其是中小型车站都在小县城等偏僻的地方，相对的客流量少，俗話说：“酒香也怕巷子深。”没有客流量，自然就没有竞争力，这种出行方式给旅客的感觉就没有那么便利，换乘的交通工具的可选择性太少，且班次也较少，不能很好地与别的交通工具进行对接，这就造成了出行的不便利性。

1.2 基础设施不完备，卫生条件差

很多铁路普速客运车站年久失修，建造时为了节约建设成本，弃繁从简，设……
