【摘  要】在当今复杂而激烈的市场环境下，研究企业资产结构与发展能力间的关系，对提升企业生存能力、优化企业资产结构都具有重大理论价值和实践意义。论文首先对2017-2019年河南省56家上市企业的发展能力作因子分析，计算因子得分，然后对其发展能力和资产结构进行面板回归，最后得出以下几点结论：企业的固定资产比率和存货比率对企业发展能力的影响呈负向，流动资产比率、无形资产比率、现金资产比率、货币资金比率和应收账款比率呈正向影响，其中企业货币资金比率对企业发展能力影响最大，无形资产对企业发展能力影响最小。

【Abstract】In today's complex and intense market environment， the research on the relationship between enterprise asset structure and development ability has great theoretical value and practical significance for improving enterprise survival ability and optimizing enterprise asset structure. This paper firstly makes a factor analysis on the development ability of 56 listed enterprises in Henan Province from 2017 to 2019， calculates the factor scores， and then makes panel regression on their development ability and asset structure， and finally draws the following conclusions： the fixed assets ratio and inventory ratio of an enterprise have a negative impact on the development ability of an enterprise， while the current assets ratio， intangible assets ratio， cash assets ratio， monetary capital ratio and accounts receivable ratio have a positive impact. Among them， the monetary capital ratio has the greatest impact on the enterprise development ability， while the intangible assets have the least impact on the enterprise development ability.

1 引言

随着市场经济的发展以及知识与信息传播速度的加快，全球一体化趋势愈发明显，企业不仅要有生存和获利能力，更要有独特的竞争优势和良好的发展能力。发展能力是企业可持续发展和未来价值的源泉。科学合理地优化企业资产结构，是提高企业经营业绩和资产利用效率、确保企业持续稳定运行的重要举措，为企业今后的健康发展奠定了坚实的基础。目前，大多数企业都面临着固定资产报废率高、库存积压严重等问题，导致资产不能在企业中发挥最好的作用。为提高企业的生产效率，保持稳定的发展态势，需要研究如何合理配置资产结构，通过优化资产的使用效率，提高企业的发展能力，增强企业抵御风险的能力，从而实现企业的可持续发展。……
