【摘  要】党的十八大提出坚持走中国特色新型信息化道路，推动信息化和工业化深度融合，而微电子产业是信息产业发展的重要基础，在信息产业中居于支柱和核心地位。论文结合青岛市目前在工业化所建立起的优势以及在信息化特别是微电子领域迫切的发展需求，针对青岛微电子产业园的建设，从市场前景、产业现状、发展机遇与挑战、建设及运营思路等方面对微电子项目建设的必要性进行了浅显的议论分析，最后给出项目建设积极意义的结论性意见。

【Abstract】The 18th National Congress of the Communist Party of China proposed to adhere to the new road of informatization with Chinese characteristics and promote the deep integration of informatization and industrialization. The microelectronics industry is an important foundation for the development of the information industry and occupies a pillar and core position in the information industry. In view of the current advantages of Qingdao in industrialization and the urgent development needs in the field of information technology， especially in the field of microelectronics， the paper focuses on the construction of Qingdao microelectronics industrial park， analyzes the necessity of microelectronics project construction from the aspects of market prospect， present situation of industry， development opportunity and challenge， construction and operation thought， and finally gives the concluding comments on the positive significance of the project construction.

1 引言

微电子产品技术革新和规模化应用是新一代信息技术产业可持续发展的坚实基础和重要推动力。广义上来说，微电子产品即是以半导体为基础材料制备而成的集成电子半导体产品。半导体产品种类繁多，拆分来看，可分为集成电路、分立器件、光电子器件和微型传感器4部分。

近年来，青岛市在制造业方面已发展为国内重要的家电和汽车生产基地。海尔、海信、中车四方等大型制造企业已成为行业巨头，但是青岛市制造业依然面临智能制造、传统产业升级换代的发展需求，开发基于新业态、新应用的信息处理、传感器、新型存储等关键芯片，实现产业生态链向价值链高端拓展，是青岛市乃至山东省制造业的普遍需求。

2 市场前景

微电子产业影响面广，产业链长，据有关资料显示，截至2019年底全国微电子产业规模超过8万亿元，资产总额超过5万亿元，为全球最大的微电子产品需求市场。……
