【摘  要】工程项目对企业来讲是企业保障经济效益的最根本内容，同时，也是构建企业形象窗口的最主要阵地，所以工程项目对企业的发展具有非常重要的作用。在时代不断进步与发展的过程中，需要探索当前工程项目管理工作的特点，并围绕工程项目的生产经营目标开展更加扎实以及更加全面的党建工作，发挥党组织的战斗堡垒作用，真正在工程项目当中将党建工作作为把握大局、服务中心和凝聚员工、促进生产的强大武器。

【Abstract】For enterprises， engineering project is the most fundamental content for enterprises to ensure economic benefits， and at the same time， it is also the most important position to build enterprise image window， so engineering project plays a very important role in the development of enterprises. In the process of continuous progress and development of the times， it is necessary to explore the characteristics of the current engineering project management work， develop more solid and comprehensive Party building work around the production and operation objectives of the project， give play to the role of the Party organization as a fighting fortress， and truly regard the Party building work as a powerful weapon for grasping the overall situation， serving the center， gathering employees， and promoting production in engineering project.

1 引言

近年来，在企业工作过程中，党组织的地位以及所产生的影响变得越来越突出。随着项目经理负责制的明确，建设工程項目规模的扩大和党员的频繁流动，以及项目建设速度的加快及要求的增加，使得工程项目建设过程中党组织工作所受到的影响与阻碍也变得越来越多。正是在这一背景下，需要在施工生产过程中，围绕项目开展更高质量、更高水平的党建工作，全面提高施工企业管理工作水平。

2 党建工作的重要性

首先，党建工作是企业发展的需要。对于国有建筑施工企业来讲，在开展各项工作的过程中，党建工作所给予的支持和帮助是非常重要的。只有全面落实基层党组织的政治核心作用，发挥党组织的战斗堡垒作用，才能确保企业正确的政治方向，确保企业各项工作落实落地，确保项目建设的安全性和稳定性。……
