【摘  要】论文对卷烟库存管理现状进行分析，从市场需求预测、卷烟采购协同、卷烟出入库管理等方面提出解决对策，以进一步优化库存管理模式，确保既能满足日常销售的流转需求，又能最大限度降低库存，减少对企业资金的占用，降低仓储管理成本，提升企业经济效益。

【Abstract】This paper analyzes the current situation of cigarette inventory management， and puts forward countermeasures from the aspects of market demand prediction， cigarette purchasing collaboration， cigarette delivery and storage management， so as to further optimize the inventory management mode， ensure that it can not only meet the daily sales flow demand， but also minimize the inventory， reduce the occupation of funds in enterprises， reduce the cost of warehouse management， and improve the economic benefits of enterprises.

1 引言

G市烟草公司是商品流通卷烟批发企业，销售模式为客户在订单截止日前通过网上订烟平台自主完成下单，企业按照既定的配送日期和配送线路安排送货。由于每个客户的订单日和配送时间是固定的，且卷烟采购入库时间受制于工业企业的发货安排，不能满足时时补充货源的要求。在这样的销售模式下，G市烟草公司无法做到像电商或其他商贸公司那样在无库存的情况下先接收订单，补充货源后再进行配送，只有在有卷烟库存的情况下零售户才可以成功下订单，卷烟库存因此不可避免。近年来，随着卷烟销售量的增长和卷烟销售单箱收入的提升，库存数量加大、仓储管理成本增加，资金占用成本增长等问题日益突出，因此，开展库存管理研究，建立完善的企业库存管理体系对提高企业存货周转率、降低仓储管理成本、减少资金占用显得尤为重要。

2 库存管理目的
