【摘  要】随着绿色施工理念的深入，国家对绿色环保质量的要求逐渐升高，相关部门也制定了很多绿色环保的标准。建筑施工行业是资源消耗最多的行业之一，为提升绿色施工理念在建筑施工管理中的应用成效，施工企业需要树立绿色理念，并将绿色理念落实到位。

【Abstract】With the deepening of the green construction concept， the national requirements for the quality of green environmental protection are gradually increasing， and the relevant departments have also formulated a lot of green environmental protection standards. The building construction industry is one of the industries that consume the most resources. In order to improve the application effect of green construction concept in building construction management， construction enterprises need to establish a green concept and put it in place.

1 引言

绿色建筑施工是在施工时尽量减少资源的浪费，体现建筑绿色环保特性和提高建筑施工的效率，在很大程度上减少人力、物力的耗费，降低可能产生的损失，从而提高施工效果和施工质量。绿色施工已经成为近年来国家和社会经济发展中的关键词，任何企业都需要注意提升自身的环保性能，以此来适应新形势的变化。

2 绿色建筑施工管理的主要方法和重要性

綠色建筑施工管理是当前基于绿色环保理念出现的全新概念，下文详细分析这一管理的具体方法和特点。
