摘 要：车门是车身中的重要零件，车门总成的尺寸公差直接影响整车DTS中前门与后侧门以及侧围的间隙面差，而车门结构形式又直接影响车门总成的制造尺寸公差。本文介绍了整体式车门、分体式车门和混合式车门的结构特点，从窗框结构特点方面详细阐述了三种车门窗框结构对车门总成的制造尺寸的影响，为后续车型产品分析判断生产制造过程中门总成尺寸超差的原因提供理论参考。

Study on the influence of door window frame structure on the manufacturing dimension of the door assembly

Abstract：The doors are very important parts of the body， and the door structure directly affects the dimension tolerance of door assembly that directly affects the gap and flush of the vehicle DTS， referred to the gap and flush of the front door to the rear door and rear door to the bodyside. This paper introduced the structural characteristics of the full stamped inner and outer panel construction door， the loose upper frame construction door and mixed door. This paper described the influence of these three types of door window frame structure on the manufacturing dimension of the door assembly. Provided a theoretical reference for analysis the reason why the door assembly dimension is out of tolerance in the manufacturing process.

車门在整车中的地位十分重要，关系到车辆的外观质量，同时影响顾客选择车辆的感知体验。要获得一个完整的车门需要涉及到零件冲压、部件装配、零件焊接、包边、总成组装等多道工艺工序。对于整车来讲，门盖尺寸匹配的好坏影响整车的风噪、四门闭合力及密封效果;焊装车间对车门的匹配外观效果控制不好，将会直接影响白车身车门装配以及总装整车的下线，增加调整量生产节拍。因此，车门总成尺寸状态对车门与车身匹配相关的间隙和面差有非常重要的意义。

1 车门结构分类

汽车车门分为带窗框车门和无窗框车门（Frameless Glass Construction，多见于高档跑车，俗称硬顶车）两大类，窗框的结构形式对车门整体结构影响较大，带窗框车门又可以分为整体式（Full Stamped Inner and Outer Panel Construction，内外门板带着窗框部分一起冲压成形）和独立窗框（ Loose Upper Frame Construction， 即窗框部分与窗台线以下的内外板分剥成形）两大类。因此， 在对车门结构形式进行分析时， 车门窗框的结构形式及特点很关键[1～2]。……
