摘 要：在汽车生产制造过程中，车身制造的质量直接关系到汽车的表观质量及其行驶的稳定性、安全性和舒适性。因此，汽车生产厂家必须重视车身制造过程的质量控制工作。本文就简单分析了汽车车身制造过程中质量控制的要点，并探讨了加强质量控制的措施，仅供相关企业参考。

Quality Control Analysis of Automobile Body Manufacturing Process

Abstract：In the process of automobile manufacturing， the quality of body manufacturing is directly related to the apparent quality of the automobile and its driving stability， safety and comfort. Therefore， automobile manufacturers must pay attention to the quality control of the car body manufacturing process. This article simply analyzes the key points of quality control in the car body manufacturing process， and discusses measures to strengthen quality control， which are only for reference by related companies.

1 前言

改革开放以来，随着我国居民生活水平的不断提升，汽车的保有量逐年增多，成为世界最大的汽车生产国和消费国。根据相关统计数据显示，消费者在选购汽车产品时，主要是根据汽车的表观质量及其行驶的稳定性、安全性和舒适度作为主要参考指标。而这些因素与汽车制造过程中车身的制作质量具有十分密切的关系。因此，加强汽车车身制造过程的质量控制，具有十分重要的意义。

2 汽车车身制造过程中的质量控制要点分析

在汽车制造过程中，主要涉及到冲压、焊接、涂装和总装这四大工艺，而车身制造的过程就涵盖了冲压和焊接这两大工艺，占据整车制造工艺的一半，由此可见，汽车车身制作的重要性。在车身制造过程中，车身的断面主要承担着车身荷载传递的作用，在制造时往往是按照封闭式结构来制造的。这样的方式會导致车身接头处的应力过于集中，从而出现受力不均衡的问题。因此，在制造汽车车身接头时，应该采用一定厚度的材料，增加其横截面，以有效缓解车身连接处的压力。……
