摘 要：随着科技的进步，新能源汽车已经渐渐走入千家万户，特别是多个城市出台限行政策以来，越来越多的个人用户把目光转向电动车。由于电动车更加静谧，所以电动车NVH性能的好坏将直接影响到整车品质和顾客的乘坐感受。本文以解决吉利帝豪EV车型仪表板异响为例，简述新能源汽车在路试当中遇到的仪表板异响问题的种类及具体解决方案，为今后其它车型解决仪表板异响问题提供一些借鉴和参考。

Talking about the Solution to the Abnormal Noise of the New Energy Vehicle Dashboard

Abstract：With the advancement of science and technology， new energy vehicles have gradually entered millions of households. Since the introduction of restrictions on traffic in many cities， more and more individual users have turned their attention to electric vehicles. As electric vehicles are quieter， the NVH performance of electric vehicles will directly affect the quality of the vehicle and the ride experience of customers. This article takes the solution to the abnormal noise of the dashboard of the Geely Emgrand EV as an example， briefly describes the types of abnormal noise problems encountered by the new energy vehicle during the road test and specific solutions， and provides some references and solutions for other models in the future to solve the abnormal noise of the dashboard.

1 引言

隨着科技的进步，新能源车逐渐普及，消费者对电动车的要求已经不仅仅停留在外观、配置以及性能这些方面，人们对整车的NVH性能要求也越来越高。仪表板系统承载了大量的线束、空调风道、多媒体等零部件，同时仪表板位置突出、易被客户感知，因此，仪表板异响问题最容易引起客户的投诉和抱怨。所以，在制造过程中解决仪表板异响问题就显的格外重要。

2 仪表板系统简述

仪表板系统通常包含仪表板总成、副仪表板总成、仪表管梁等零部件。其中仪表板总成主要包含仪表板骨架、组合仪表、仪表线束、风道系统、多媒体、出风口、控制面板、杂物箱、除霜格栅等零件。

副仪表板总成主要包含换挡器、换挡面板、水杯架、后排风道、USB盒、副仪表板面板、副仪表板后端盖板等零件。仪表板、副仪表板集成了大量的零部件，因此很容易产生仪表板异响且排查难度较大。……
