摘 要：职业院校技能大赛作为展示学生诊断能力的重要舞台，既能锻炼学生解决实际问题的能力，又可以衡量指导教师的业务水平，本文基于2020年江西省职业院校技能大赛汽车检测与维修赛项中的发动机故障诊断项目，结合实际情况，以起动机不转为故障起点，结合故障现象，通过故障树诊断逻辑，分析故障原因，最终解决起动机着车故障，使发动机能够正常运转。

Diagnosis and Analysis of the Failure to Start the Magotan B8L Engine

Abstract：Vocational College Skills Competition is an important stage to show students' diagnostic ability. It can not only exercise students' ability to solve practical problems， but also measure the professional level of instructors. This article is based on the engine fault diagnosis project in the competition of the 2020 Jiangxi Vocational College Skills Competition Automobile Inspection and Maintenance. Combined with the actual situation and the fault phenomenon， the article takes the starter not turning as the starting point， and through the fault tree diagnosis logic， analyzes the cause of the fault， and finally solves the starter fault， so that the engine can run normally.

1 引言

自2012年全国职业院校技能大赛开赛以来，职业院校技能大赛逐渐被各级各类学校所熟知，作为职业院校学生比武竞赛的主战场，竞赛不仅是学生展示技能的舞台，也是对老师教学成效的考验。本文将以2020年江西省职业院校技能大赛汽车检测与维修赛项的发动机故障诊断项目试题为例，展示发动机故障诊断思路与方法。

2 案例分析

故障現象：一辆2018年生产的大众迈腾B8L轿车，发动机排量为2.0L，匹配的是DQ380型双离合变速器，客户抱怨按下点火开关后，两侧仪表不亮但中间行车电脑显示屏亮，发动机也不着车，选手对车辆进行常规检查与防护后，进一步对车辆进行细致检查，发现点火开关E378背景灯不亮，按E378时钥匙不闪，方向盘不解锁。

故障排查过程：根据故障现象，利用诊断仪VW5054，发现除网关外均无法进入，打开双闪激活舒适系统CAN总线，部分舒适系统激活，通过读取进入/起动系统接口故障码为B7-1074696起动机点火按钮不可信信号（主动的/静态的）。……
