摘 要：本文分析出现阶段学校教学与企业用工脱节，提出以课证融通为突破口，构建“四阶递进双循环”人才培养模式，在课堂教学中融入企业定制的1+X证书制度职业技能等级标准的内容，学生在经过学校的学习后能够完成1+X证书制度职业技能等级证书的考核，达到企业用工的标准。提升了学生对《色彩与调色》课程的学习兴趣与学习效果。

Practice and Exploration of Teaching Reform of Automobile Color Course Based on the Integration of Course Certificates

——Take the curriculum reform of "Color and Toning" as an example

Abstract：This article analyzes the emergence of the disconnection between school teaching and enterprise employment， and proposes to use the integration of class certificates as a breakthrough， build a "four-stage progressive double cycle" talent training model， and incorporate enterprise-customized 1+X certificate system professional skill levels into classroom teaching content. Students can complete the 1+X certificate system vocational skill level certificate assessment after studying in the school， and meet the standards of enterprise employment to enhance students' interest and learning effect in the course of "Color and Toning".

1 引言

通過深入调查研究，本地区当前学校与企业产教融合部分症结是学校的教学与企业用工脱节，学校培养出来的学生不能适应企业用工需求。而且学生进入企业后个人职业生涯发展不畅，未达到自身发展的预期，也未能达到企业用工需求。这样对企业以及学生都不利。现以车身修复专业中的《色彩与调色》的课程改革为例。以课证融通为突破口，构建“四阶递进双循环”人才培养模式，采取积极灵活而又科学的教学改革措施，提高中职车身修复专业整体教学质量。

构建“四阶递进双循环”人才培养模式如图所示，第一循环根据企业定制1+X证书制度职业技能等级标准初级分两个阶段进行训练，校内实训场地的1+X基本技能训练和企业1+X初级证书专项训练，直到学生满足企业要求通过1+X初级证书考核，第二循环为综合训练，也分两个阶段循环训练，直到学生通过1+X中级证书考核。这样，学生学到的技能就是企业需要的技能。我们的课程改革需进行企业调研并引入合作企业共同研究，建立课证融通校企合作长效机制，使合作企业参与项目研究与实施的全过程，并在合作过程中实现校企共赢。……
