摘要：目的 探讨小金丸联合马齿苋在乳房结节切除术中的应用价值。方法 将80例行常规乳房结节切除术的妇女纳入研究，并按照随机数字表法对其进行分组。40例对照组患者仅接受常规乳房結节切除术治疗，40例观察组则在对照组基础上采用小金丸联合马齿苋治疗，比较2组患者手术所需时间，术后拔出引流时间以及住院时间、治疗前后的VAS评分以及临床疗效。结果 观察组患者手术时间、术后拔出引流时间以及住院时间均短于对照组（P<0.05）;观察组术前1 d、术后1 d以及术后1周VAS评分均明显低于对照组（P<0.05）;对照组治疗后总有效率为75.0%，而观察组治疗后总有效率为95.0%，观察组总有效率高于对照组（P<0.05）;半年后随访观察组的复发率明显低于对照组，差异有显著性差异（P<0.05）。结论 小金丸联合马齿苋治疗能有效的缩短乳房结节切除术中所需时间以及住院时间，可以明显的缓解术中以及术后疼痛症状，降低乳房结节的复发，具有较高的临床应用价值。

Application of Xiaojin Pills Combined with Purslane in Breast Nodule Resection

【Abstract】Objective： To study the application value of Xiaojin Pills combined with Purslane in breast nodule resection. Methods： 80 women who underwent conventional breast nodule resection were included in the study， and were grouped according to the random number table method. 40 patients in the control group only received conventional breast nodule resection and 40 patients in the observation group were treated with Xiaojin Pills combined with Purslane on the basis treatment of the control group. The operation time， postoperative extraction and drainage time and hospitalization of the two groups were compared and the VAS score before and after treatment and the clinical effect were also compared. Results： The operation time， postoperative extraction and drainage time and hospitalization time of the observation group were shorter than those of the control group （P<0.05）. The observation group had significantly lower VAS scores 1 day before operation， 1 day after operation， and 1 week after operation than the control group （P<0.05）. The total effective rate of the control group after treatment was 75.0% while that of the observation group after treatment was 95.0%. The total effective rate of the observation group was higher than that of the control group （P<0.05）. The recurrence rate of the observation group by follow-up after half a year was significantly lower than that of the control group， and the difference was significant （P<0.05）. Conclusion： Xiaojin Pills combined with Purslane can effectively shorten the time required for breast nodule resection and the length of hospital stay， significantly relieve intraoperative and postoperative pain symptoms and reduce the recurrence of breast nodules， and has a higher clinical application value.

乳房增生结节是现代女性最为常见的乳腺疾病，又称乳腺增生，即正常的乳腺小叶生理性增生与复旧不全，乳腺正常结构紊乱[1-2]。临床主要以乳房不同程度的疼痛或胀痛为多见，结节可呈单发或多发，或边界不清的局部增厚，常常与月经周期相关，部分患者可出现乳头溢液或溢血性分泌物等症状[3]。目前针对乳房结节的治疗包括常规手术和非手术治疗。常规手术治疗不仅对患者创伤大，同时会导致乳腺增生而出现局部的疼痛硬结。而非手术治疗的方法中，以药物治疗为主，其中包括西药、草药、中成药。部分患者在口服一些药物后，乳腺胀痛得到缓解，但乳腺结节始终成为其心病。所以，在临床症状缓解的同时，临床体征消失，是目前乳腺增生的治疗目标及方向。因此，本研究将对小金丸联合马齿苋在乳房结节切除术中的应用效果研究。……
