摘要：随着时代的不断向前发展，人们的生活水平和经济收入也得到了很大的提升。因此，在很多的方面都提出了更高的要求，尤其是在食住行游购娱这六大需求板块的方面。其中，对于住的要求也在不断地增加。要提升住房的质量，就必需要保证建设住房的每个环节是不存在缺陷的。同时，还要不断地将新的理论和实际相联系，进而促进实际的不断向前发展。在住房建设过程中，水工环地质及岩土工程发挥着至关重要的作用。如果不能全方面对其进行认识，就很难保障住房的质量。本文就围绕着该理论体系的应用和发展而展开。
