【摘    要】在《3-6岁儿童学习与发展指南》（以下简称《指南》）当中对幼儿园语言教育提出了明确的要求，要求幼儿园要通过语言教育活动，对幼儿的思维能力以及语言交流能力进行培养，这对于幼儿综合素质的全面发展有着至关重要的作用，因此，有必要针对相关内容进行深入研究。本文就《指南》背景下的幼儿园语言教育进行讨论，对《指南》背景下开展幼儿园语言教育的基本原则进行分析，并对落实语言教育的具体方法进行探讨和描述，旨在提高幼儿园的语言教育水平。

【Abstract】In the "3-6 Years Old Children's Learning and Development Guide" （hereinafter referred to as the "Guide"）， clear requirements are put forward for kindergarten language education， requiring kindergartens to train children's thinking skills and language communication skills through language education activities. This is of vital importance to the overall development of children's comprehensive quality. Therefore， it is necessary to conduct in-depth research on related content. This article discusses kindergarten language education in the context of the "Guide"， analyzes the basic principles of kindergarten language education in the context of the "Guide"， and discusses and describes specific methods for implementing language education， with the aim of improving kindergarten language education Level.

一、在《指南》背景下开展幼儿园语言教育的基本原则

第一，要坚持个性发展原则。对于现代幼儿园中的语言教育来说，最为突出的特点就在认可幼儿语言发展规律的基础上，尊重个体差异。因此，在实施语言教育的过程中，必须根据幼儿的不同特点为幼儿提供个性化的教育方式，为幼儿创建良好的语言环境，以此提高幼儿表达的积极性，从而为幼儿语言能力的提升奠定基础。

第二，要坚持平等开放原则。从某种程度上来讲，幼儿在语言学习方面是平等的、开放的。而且在新式语言教育环境下，需要教师与幼儿共同构建轻松愉悦的交流、学习共同体。对此，教师应该对各教育环节进行严格的把握，除了要为幼儿创建真实、平等以及宽松的语言学习环境之外，还要采用支持性语言对幼儿参与语言教学的积极性予以激发，将丰富的教学设施、活动材料以及小伙伴作为幼儿语言学习的基础。……
