【摘    要】课堂教学中评价学生是学校教育评价的主要内容，教师在音乐课堂上是引导者和组织者，因此需要合理运用教学评价。合理运用评价能够调动学生的学习积极性，活跃学生思维，并且可以为学生营造出求知、探索的氛围，构建融洽、和谐的师生关系。若是教师使用不当，则会让学生的积极性和自尊心受到影响，削弱学生的学习积极性。本文主要阐述提高小学音乐课堂评價实效性的相关策略，仅供参考。

Probe into the Strategies to Improve the Effectiveness of Primary School Music Classroom Evaluation

【Abstract】Evaluating students in classroom teaching is the main content of school education evaluation. Teachers are guides and organizers in music classrooms， so it is necessary to use teaching evaluation rationally. Reasonable use of evaluation can mobilize students' learning enthusiasm， activate students' thinking， and create an atmosphere of seeking knowledge and exploration for students， and build a harmonious and harmonious relationship between teachers and students. If the teacher uses it improperly， it will affect the enthusiasm and self-esteem of the students， and weaken the enthusiasm of the students in learning. This article mainly elaborates related strategies to improve the effectiveness of primary school music classroom evaluation， for reference only.

一、小学音乐课堂评价不合理的原因

（一）音乐考试的不合理，导致学生容易丧失自信心

教师是期末终结性评价者，学生是被评价者，两者之间是管理和被管理的关系，被评价的结果通常是不得不接受的结果，教师一人的决定不具有权威性，比如教师在期末评价总测试竖笛过程中，评价方法是由教师决定的，教师制定统一的曲目和评价标准，学生完整地吹完。小学生年纪小，音乐学科不及格，则会缺少自信，从而失去学习音乐的兴趣。音乐考试存在不合理、不科学的情况，学生虽然会唱跳，但是不会吹笛也会算是不及格。一些学生面对不及格的成绩单会丧失学习音乐的积极性。

（二）评价语言缺少鼓励性

积极的鼓励好于消极的刺激，此句话证明了鼓励的作用。评价的语言若是生硬、缺少艺术性、苛刻，则会伤害学生自尊心。大多数人会希望获得别人的认可、理解以及尊重，尤其是小学生，因此教师要仔细发现学生的优点，保证学生积极向上，通过放大镜找到学生的优点，对于学生的缺点虽然也要指出，但可以尝试使用多种方法，让学生能够接受。……
