[摘    要]社会经济快速发展条件下，大众的生活方式发生显著变化，物质生活追求的同时也考虑到生活环境质量，使各领域在发展阶段也需嚴格依据相关政策要求规范处理各类污染物质。其中，发电厂燃煤锅炉除灰系统问题逐渐引起各领域的关注，在我国科研部门的正确引导下，使发电厂燃煤锅炉除灰系统的研发与优化工作有序进行，依据发电厂燃煤锅炉除灰系统运行原理，能掌握引发问题的具体原因，有目的性、依据性地制定相应的解决措施，有效解决发电厂燃煤锅炉除灰系统问题，从而为大众带来更优质、更高效的服务。

[Abstract]Under the conditions of rapid social and economic development， people's lifestyles have undergone significant changes. The pursuit of material life also takes into account the quality of the living environment， so that various fields must be strictly handled in accordance with relevant policy requirements in the development stage. Among them， the problem of the ash removal system of coal-fired boilers in power plants has gradually attracted attention in various fields. Under the correct guidance of my countrys scientific research departments， the research and optimization of the ash removal system of coal-fired boilers in power plants have been carried out in an orderly manner. The operation principle of the boiler ash removal system can grasp the specific causes of the problem， and formulate corresponding solutions in a purposeful and basis manner to effectively solve the problem of the ash removal system of coal-fired boilers in power plants， thereby bringing better quality and more efficiency to the public Service.

结合我国当前发电厂发展实况分析，发电厂的燃煤锅炉除灰系统运行出现不合理情况，不仅会使系统运行阶段产生大量污染物，对生态环境造成严重污染，而且还会对发电厂稳定发展带来不利影响。发电厂应对燃煤锅炉除灰系统问题解决引起重视，针对各项影响因素全面性探究，有相应的管理措施与解决策略等，确保电除尘器除尘效率显著提升。再加上日常维护与管理，监管部门加大管控力度，保证各类物质排放标准性，从而也能确保发电厂稳定发展。

1 发电厂燃煤锅炉除灰系统运行原理

发电厂燃煤锅炉除灰系统处于运行状态下，密封圈泄压操作直接启动与运行，5s延迟后进料阀开启，各类物料不断落下，以此形式反复操作，直到运行时间达到或落料数量满足后，系统关闭信号提示，进料阀会快速关闭[1]。……
