【摘  要】信息技术的日益发展，国家开始重视信息技术人才的培养，义务教育阶段逐渐开展信息技术课程。如何让小学生学会和掌握基础的现代化信息技术，以培养小学生现代化信息技术的创新精神并付诸实践操作，成为当今小学教育的重点内容。而根据教学的经验和设计，我们发现针对这一学科进行项目化分类组团学习，可以有效挖掘学生的潜能，提高学生学习信息技术的效率。

【Abstract】 With the increasing development of information technology， the country has begun to attach importance to the training of information technology talents， and information technology courses have been gradually developed in the compulsory education stage. How to enable primary school students to learn and master the basic modern information technology in order to cultivate the innovative spirit of primary school students modern information technology and put it into practice has become the key content of todays primary education. According to the teaching experience and design， it is found that the project-based classification and group learning for this subject can effectively tap the potential of students and improve the efficiency of students' learning information technology.

项目化分类组团学习指的是在小学信息技术的课堂教学中，信息技术教师采取“抱团式”的教学方式，即共同教学，将学习课程分化为多类项目，每位教师负责一类项目的开展和设计，带领学生进行信息技术知识的综合学习。这种学习策略以学生为主体，应用到实际课堂教学中，是一种创新型的教学方式，可以引发学生的思考和实践，促进小学生利用信息技术解决一些实际问题。

一、信息技术教师“抱团式”学习课堂教学的优势

（一）知识共享，加强课堂教学的设计

信息技术的发展让“共享”经济成为现实，而信息技术教师采用“抱团式”学习方法，其实也是一种“共享”方式，教师将学习资源进行共享，化零为整。教师在知识共享的过程中，集思广益，不断地完善课堂教学，改进当前的教学方式存在的问题。同时，信息技术教师采用“抱团式”学习，会更加看重学生的主体学习意识，改进甚至创新设计出更符合小学生发展的教学方法，从而加强课堂教学的设计，提高学生的学习兴趣，进而参与到学习课程中。……
