With the development of information technology， the Internet is more and more popular. People of all ages know how to use the Internet， including young children and the elderly. People say we are living in an information age now. In my opinion， while the internet brings a lot of benefits for people， it also brings some harm.

The Internet brings much convenience and creates a colourful world for us. However， I also realize that the Internet comes with some disadvantages. Since the Internet is so amazing， many people are addicted to（沉溺于） it. Some indulge in（沉溺于） playing computer games and neglect their study or work.

Every coin has two sides. In fact， the Internet will not be horrible as long as we know the correct way to use it. Lets build a clean Internet world together.
