The Internet is closely related to our lives.

We get outside information in time through the Internet. The greatest benefit of the Internet is convenience. With the Internet， we can learn online at home during the pandemic（流行病）. The Mathematics League I took last month is just an online exam. In addition， I usually ask questions I dont understand through the Internet. We can also shop online. Its convenient for us.

But it also has some disadvantages. For example， I often want to play online games. It takes me a long time and my eyes are not comfortable after the game. Whats more， if personal privacy is not protected， personal information will be stolen.

So we need to use the Internet well. Make active use of its good side to avoid the bad side.
