【摘要】 煤气柜是现代钢铁企业煤气回收和输配系统主要的储存与能源平衡设备，煤气柜安全问题普遍关注，其防护围墙的安全设置成为迫切需要明确的问题。通过对煤气柜安全生产相关标准的综合分析，从煤气柜防护围墙设置的建筑结构、高度、防护间距等方面探讨了钢铁冶金企业煤气柜围墙安全设置。针对钢铁冶金企业已建成投运且防火间距不足的干式煤气柜，提出了煤气柜四周的实体围墙改造成的金属栅栏围墙的解决方案。

The SafetySetting of Gasholder Protecting WallinIron and  Steel Enterprise

Abstract： Gasholder is the main storage and energy balance equipment in the gas recovery and distribution system of modern iron and steel enterprises. The safety production of gasholder has aroused widespread concern，and the safety setting of its protecting wall is an urgent problem to be solved. Based on the comprehensive analysis of relevant safety standards of gasholder，the safety setting of gasholder protecting wall is discussed from the aspects of the form，height and fireproof spacing. In view of the dry gasholder with insufficient fireproof spacing problem which has been built and put into operation in iron and steel metallurgy enterprises，the solution of metal fence wall transformed from the solid wall around the gasholder is put forward.

钢铁冶金企业煤气回收利用技术是实现钢铁工业“高效、清洁、节能”的可持续发展的有效工程技术手段。然而，钢铁冶金企业焦化、高炉炼铁及转炉炼钢中产生的煤气供应与各煤气用户之间的用气需求存在着压力、流量、热值等矛盾。为解决上述问题，钢铁冶金企业基本均设置了煤气柜，以有效收储煤气和平衡煤气供需关系，稳定煤气管网的压力，改善用户热工制度，提高煤气系统的安全性。煤气柜按照密封原理可分为湿式煤气柜和干式煤气柜，湿式煤气柜采用水密封，干式煤气柜采用油封或橡胶膜密封，为稀油密封型煤气柜和橡胶膜密封型煤气柜（又称为皮帘柜，分为多边形柜和圆筒形柜）。干式煤气柜适应了钢铁生产设备大型化的发展方向，是当前主流的煤气柜。其中，焦炉煤气和高炉煤气采用稀油密封型煤气柜，转炉煤气采用橡胶膜密封型煤气柜。……
