摘 要：随着市场竞争愈演愈烈，降本将是所有汽车主机厂的持久战，但降本不得以牺牲产品竞争力为代价进行。本文从外饰件轻量化、减少构成件/标准件等的应用、免喷涂高光材料使用、零件集成化/模块化、工装柔性化等几个方面对汽车外饰降本方案进行简单阐述。

A Brief Talk on the Cost Reduction Plan for Automobile Exteriors

Abstract：As market competition intensifies， cost reduction will be a protracted battle for all auto OEMs， but cost reduction must not be done at the expense of product competitiveness. This article briefly elaborates the cost reduction scheme of automotive exterior parts from several aspects， such as lightweight exterior parts， reduction of application of components/standard parts， use of spray-free high-gloss materials， integration/modularization of parts， and flexibility of tooling.

1 引言

随着国内自主品牌的快速发展以及各大合资品牌价格的不断下探，国内乘用车汽车市场竞争越来越激烈，在各大品牌汽车产品力差距越来越小的情况下，价格成了占领市场的重要因素;为保持足够的市场竞争力同时保证一定的整车利润，降低整车成本成为各大主机厂亟待解决的重要课题;而汽车外饰作为整车的重要组成部分，同时又是变更最为频繁的一大模块，对整车成本起着举足轻重的作用，如何降低外饰零部件的零件成本以及开发成本是各大主机厂无法逃避的课题。

本文从轻量化设计、零件集成化设计、减少构成件/标准件、免喷涂高光材料使用、以及柔性化工装开发等方面进行简单概述，浅谈汽车外饰的几点降本方案。

2 外饰件轻量化设计

作为整车举足轻重且变化最频繁的一大模块，外饰件轻量化不仅可以减少整车质量，降低整车油耗;同时将大幅降低零件成本和整车成本。

以最大最重的外飾件保险杠为例，有相关研究[1]表明当保险杠外罩的壁厚由传统的3.0mm减薄到2.0mm时，保险杠外罩的整体重量可减少20%左右。……
