摘 要：现代机械制造工艺与精密加工技术随着时代的发展也越来越成熟，相关机构件的加工精度也逐步提高，并且随着技术不断的革新，制造业的工艺流程也变得愈发复杂。在此大環境之下，企业如何从竞争激烈的市场中占据其领先地位，这背后相应的技术支持是不可缺少的。本文立足于现代机械制造工艺与精密加工技术的现状，结合市场需求，进行多方面探讨。

Abstract：With the development of the times， modern machinery manufacturing technology and precision processing technology are becoming more and more mature， and the processing accuracy of related mechanical parts has gradually improved. And with the continuous innovation of technology， the manufacturing process has become more and more complicated. In this environment， how companies can occupy their leading positions in the highly competitive market requires technical support behind this. This article is based on the status quo of modern machinery manufacturing technology and precision machining technology， combined with market demand， and discusses in many aspects.

1 引言

我国工业化起步较晚，相映企业配套基础建设与企业文化建设也较为落后，然而经过几十年的发展，在机械制造领域与精密加工技术领域我国也取得了比较高的成就，但与发达国家仍有较远的距离。当今社会，随着科技的革新，市场对于机械的制造工艺与加工工业的要求变得越来越高，传统的制造业已经无法满足现阶段市场的品质需求，当下迫切需要开拓一条关于现代机械工艺制造与精密加工技术革新的一条道路。

2 现代机械制造工艺

2.1 机械制造工艺的概括

机械制造在人类发展历程中伴随着很重要的角色，无论是先祖从石器时代对于石材的利用。或是封建时代对于铁矿石的开采，乃至于现代对于配套加工工业设备的利用。从始至终，人类的一切活动都便随着生产作业的开展。而在当今社会，一类商品在其从无到有的过程，其初始的制造工艺相对而言都比较粗糙，且相应机械制造工艺要求由于没有得到行业的规范，并没有那么苛刻。……
