摘 要：中职教育作为现代教育事业当中的一个重要组成部分，能够在教育教学阶段，确立培养技术性人才的指导目标，并可以真正结合企业的人才需求，培养真正具有专业能力与素质的技术人员。而中职汽修专业作为现阶段社会需求量较大的行业，则更需要教师在开展实训课的教学过程当中，切实注重学生实际操作能力的培养，帮助学生掌握更多实用的工作技巧，以此不断满足毕业之后企业的招聘需求。本文能够深度剖析中职汽修专业实训课的教学重点和教学现状，以此提出有效的教学策略，不断提升课程教学的实效性。

How to Improve the Teaching Effect of the Practical Training Courses of Secondary Vocational Auto Repair Specialty

Abstract：As an important part of modern education， secondary vocational education can establish the guiding goal of cultivating technical talents in the education and teaching stage， and can truly combine the talent needs of the enterprise to cultivate technical personnel with real professional ability and quality. As an industry with high social demand at this stage， the secondary vocational auto repair major needs teachers to pay more attention to the cultivation of students practical ability in the teaching process of carrying out practical training courses to help students master more practical working skills so as to continuously meet the recruitment needs of enterprises after graduation. This article deeply analyzes the teaching focus and teaching status of the professional training courses of secondary vocational auto repair， to propose effective teaching strategies and continuously improve the effectiveness of course teaching.

1 引言

随着我国教育事业的改革与发展，有关中职阶段教学工作的要求也在逐渐提高。特别是对于中职汽修专业这种实操性课程来说，则更需要注重日常的实训教学，通过不断提升学生的专业知识和专业技术，从而满足现阶段人才发展的基本需求。作为教师，就必须要从该专业的实际教学目标出发，采用实效性較强的教学策略，不断落实实训课程的重要作用，真正提高汽修专业的教学质量水平，促进中职教育事业的不断发展。

2 中职汽修专业实训课的教学现状

2.1 缺乏相关的教学设备

在开展中职汽修专业实训课的过程当中，必须要具有相关的机械设备，能够为学生的实操锻炼提供辅助作用。但由于学校受到经济条件和办学资源的制约，很多中职院校并没有将实训课程放到真正重要的地位之上，从而导致许多机械设备配备不齐全，很难让学生得到充分的操作锻炼，以此导致实训课程的实践作用难以得到充分体现。……
