6月12～16日在上海召开的中国国际纺织机械展览会暨ITMA亚洲展览会（ITMA ASIA + CITME 2020）既是对“十三五”纺机技术成果的“汇报”，也是对未来五年技术发展的预演业内人士都在期盼展会的早日到来，也希望此次展会能够打开未来纺机未来发展的“盲盒”，在短短五天时间里肩负起带领展商和观众触摸“未来已来，智慧赋能”大势的重担。

我国是纺织大国，2020年年底已基本达成纺织强国目标。过去十几年，中国纺织无论是在规模数量还是在质量发展方面都实现了巨大增长，这些巨大变化的背后与纺纱设备的快速发展密不可分，装备进步夯实了行业发展基础。

“十三五”期间，国内棉纺设备以平均每年400多万锭的环锭纺、30多万头的转杯纺数量供应国内外市场，企业的自主创新能力不断提高。过去五年，棉纺成套设备单机智能化、输送系统自动化水平不断提高、网络技术与装备更深入融合，一批智能化纺纱工厂（生产线）相继投入运行。多个创新项目突破精梳瓶颈，棉精梳机实现了棉卷自动输送、自动换卷、自动生头的全自动功能并批量投放市场；环锭细纱机超长车1824锭细纱机已经实现小批量应用，电子牵伸、电子加捻、单锭检测等功能提高了细纱机的自动化及智能化水平；落纱留头率大幅提高，运行效率、纺纱质量也有了不同程度的提升；托盘式自动络筒机在高效供纱和插管系统方面也取得进展。……
