摘  要：新文科是“四新”战略的构成之一，是实现哲学社会科学转型发展、新文科人才培养体系重构的关键抓手。文章首先从国家整体发展需要及地方本科院校人才培养目标出发论证了建构新文科应用型课程体系的战略意义;对地方本科院校新文科应用型课程体系建构的目标任务与基本特征等进行了阐释和梳理;探讨区域文化资源优化整合对于地方本科院校新文科应用型课程体系建构的重要意义及推进策略，为开展地方本科院校新文科应用型课程体系构建实践提供参考和借鉴。

Abstract： The new liberal arts is one of the components of the "four new" strategy， and it is the key to realize the transformation and development of philosophy and Social Sciences and the reconstruction of talent training system of new liberal arts. This paper first demonstrates the strategic significance of constructing the new liberal arts application-oriented curriculum system from the national overall development needs and talent training objectives of local undergraduate colleges; then it explains and sorts out the objectives， tasks and basic characteristics of the construction of the new liberal arts application-oriented curriculum system in local undergraduate colleges and universities; and probes into the optimization and integration of regional cultural resources for the application-oriented courses of new liberal arts in local universities. The significance and promotion strategies of system construction provide reference and reference for the construction of new liberal arts application-oriented curriculum system in local universities.

地方本科院校定位以應用型人才培养目标为主，新时代如何实现这一培养目标关键在于对新文科和应用型的探讨。国内各界关于应用型的探讨较为集中且基本形成了共识，但对于“新文科”的讨论尚处于百家争鸣的阶段，讨论角度不一。其中，比较有建设性且基本达成共识的是，新文科建设要求在实现学科之间的深度交叉与融合的基础上，形成一种“超学科”视角下的共同体思维，以“超学科”共同体思维为主导，以新文科应用型课程体系为载体，发展面对和解决社会生活复杂问题的新型研究与教育，注重培养学生创新研究能力。但该观念尚未在地方本科教育中充分实践，主要原因可能在于，“新文科”是一个新教育理念，提出之初，人们并未深入剖析其与学科交叉、“超学科”之间的内在关系，尚未认识到“超学科”共同体思维对新文科建设的战略指导意义。……
