摘  要：针对军校学员工作学习压力大、军事训练强度高和学员环境适应难等突出问题，利用专业院系青年教员对军校学员成长规律认识深刻、对部队实际需求了解深入以及对武器装备发展趋势清晰掌握等自身优势，尝试把心理疏导环节高效融入到传统的“三位一体”教育理念中，以“学员发展为中心”创新提出了“心理疏导、价值引导、能力教导、知识向导”四位一体的教育理念，以专业基础课为载体开展了深入的探索实践，取得了显著成效。

Abstract： Aiming at the outstanding problems of cadets， such as great learning pressure， high training intensity， difficulty in their adaptation and so on， this paper effectively integrates the psychological counseling into the traditional "trinity" educational concept， making use of the advantages of young faculty in professional departments to have a deep understanding of the army and the growth law of military cadets， and innovatively puts forward the quaternity educational concept of "psychological counseling， value guidance， ability teaching and knowledge guidance" centering on "student development". In addition， the thorough exploration and practice has been carried out and made remarkable achievements.

一、概述

军队院校是我国军事人才培养的摇篮，人才培养质量的提升始终是军队院校建设和发展的重中之重。教学作为院校教育的核心任务，其目标不单是培育一批教学能力突出的骨干教员，更是要培育出素质全面、综合能力过硬的复合型军事人才，但是如何有效提高軍队院校的课堂教学效果和人才培养质量，始终是影响现阶段军队院校建设发展的痛点[1-4]。近年来，各个院校均提出了以学为中心或以学员发展为中心的教育理念，就是要充分重视学员的学习过程的积极作用，充分调动学员学习的积极性和主动性，不仅完成对学员知识的传授和综合能力的培养，更要实现对学员价值的塑造。但是由于军校军事训练任务重、管理制度严格以及和地方大学相比环境反差大……
