摘 要：大数据在社会管理、互联网、电子商务、金融、打击犯罪等领域得到了广泛应用。尤其近年来全国经侦系统在公安部经侦局的带领下，逐步树立“信息化建设、数据化实战”理念，主动学习、运用大数据思维、大数据手段，将其运用到经济犯罪侦查的警务工作中，有力的提高了经侦工作的质效。公安机关在明确开展大数据建设的意义以及大数据在经侦工作中的应用价值，剖析当前大数据建设中存在的问题，提出了针对性的意见建议，进行经侦部门开展大数据建设的思考。

Abstract： Big data has been widely used in social management， Internet， e-commerce， finance， combating crime and other fields. Especially in recent years， under the leadership of the Economic Investigation Bureau of the Ministry of public security， the national economic investigation system has gradually established the concept of "information construction and data-based practice"， actively studied and used big data thinking and big data means， and applied them to the police work of economic crime investigation， which has effectively improved the quality and efficiency of economic investigation work. The public security organs make clear the significance of carrying out big data construction and the application value of big data in economic investigation work， analyze the problems existing in the current big data construction， put forward targeted suggestions， and think about the economic investigation department carrying out big data construction.

随着新时代社会信息技术的迅猛发展和广泛应用与实践，大数据在社会管理、互联网、电子商务、金融等领域得到了广泛应用，与大数据有关的概念和技术已开始影响并应用到公安工作的实际当中[1]。近年来，公安机关也越来越重视大数据在经济犯罪侦查工作中的应用，公安部经侦局提出了“信息化建设、数据化实战”的工作理念，以“大数据、大研判、大应用”推动经侦工作大变革和转型升级，在遏制犯罪、防范风险、服务发展、维护稳定等工作中取得了显著效果。

一、大数据赋予经济犯罪侦查工作的特征

大数据时代，万物皆可被数据化，一切活动都会留下数据足迹，一切关系皆可用数据来表征。大数据通过“量化一切”实现物理客观世界的数据化，给社会生产生活带来了巨大变革，让数据化侦查变为可能。
