【摘    要】在改革教学模式、推进教学创新的过程中，教师需要注重不同教育教学方法的灵活调整以及优化组合，其中多元化教学方法对语文教师是一个较大的考验。语文学习是一个长期的过程，离不开学生的自主积累，在采取多元化教学方法的过程中，教师需要始终坚持站在学生的角度思考问题，让学生能够在自主学习的过程中产生更多学习能动性，感受到语文学习的乐趣和精髓。

【Abstract】In the process of reforming teaching mode and promoting teaching innovation， teachers need to pay attention to the flexible adjustment and optimization combination of different education and teaching methods， among which the diversified teaching methods are a bigger test for Chinese teachers. Chinese learning is a long-term process， which cannot be separated from the independent accumulation of students. In the process of adopting diversified teaching methods， teachers should always think from the perspective of students， so that students can generate more learning initiative in the process of independent learning and realize the fun and essence of Chinese learning.

一、初中語文教学中多元化教学方法的实践意义

随着新课程改革的不断推进及落实，各种现代化的教育教学方法应运而生。许多教师开始着眼于自身的教学经验，调整教学思路及路径。作为一种全新的教学模式及教育理念，多元化教育教学实现了快速发展。

（一）调动学生积极性

每一种教学方法都存在各自的优劣，教师需要关注不同教学方法的组合利用，在这样的现实条件下，多元化教学方法实现了广泛的应用。这种教学方法能够实现不同教学策略的有机组合，充分发挥各类教学方法的重要优势，实现优势互补和扬长避短。因此，很多学生的积极性高涨，能动性较强，能够主动与语文教师进行互动及交流，个人的语文成绩提升速度非常快。

（二）加强师生交流及沟通

语文教学是一个漫长的过程，无法在短期内取得明显的效果，仅靠教师个人的力量难以完成所有的教学任务，因此学生在其中的参与非常关键。……
