【摘    要】新时期的国家、社会和家庭都在不断地进步和发展，初中学生学习生活的环境也发生了巨大变化。因此新时期初中学生的管理不能再沿袭过去管理的旧方法和老模式。而是需要结合新时期初中学生的思想、行为、学习等方面的特点，找到学生队伍的主流问题所在，以此提高管理的有效性。本文主要以问题为导向，探讨了初中生管理问题的解决途径和对策。

Analysis of Common Problems and Countermeasures in the Management of Junior High School Students in the New Era

【Abstract】In the new era， the country， society and family are all experiencing continuous progress and development， and the learning and living environment of junior high school students has also undergone tremendous changes. Therefore， the management of junior high school students in the new era can no longer follow the old methods and models of past management. It is necessary to combine the characteristics of the thinking， behavior， and learning of junior high school students in the new era to find the mainstream problem of the student team in order to improve the effectiveness of management. This article is mainly problem-oriented， discussing the solutions and countermeasures of the management problems of junior high school students.

一、新时期初中学生的主要特点

（一）初中学生是特点比较鲜明的群体

初中生的年龄一般在11～16岁左右，正处于青春期。相比小学生，初中生思想更加活跃，对新鲜事物的接收能力更强，但辨别能力并不成熟。和高中生相比，初中生的价值观还不够稳定，更容易受到外界环境的影响。由此看来，初中阶段学生的身心发展处于一个比较复杂的阶段。从生理的角度看，初中生的思想波动、起伏变化快，对未来有很多想法，但缺乏实现理想的必要知识能力;个体的精力、活力充沛，但是自我控制、自我管理能力不强;对外界有强烈的好奇心和探索精神，但是往往还不具备分辨丑美、善恶、是非的良好能力，容易误入歧途。因此，初中学生是学校管理中特点比较鲜明的对象，学生的初中阶段是需要受到学校、社会、家庭共同关注的发展阶段。

（二）当代初中学生的特点表现

当代初中生的生长、成长时期，也是我国全面深化改革开放，国家社会经济进入发展快车道，人们生活环境、学习环境产生巨大变化的新时期。……
