【摘要】    设立雄安新区是以习近平同志为核心的党中央作出的一项重大的历史性战略选择，截止目前，新区人民及各建设单位经过近4年的夜以继日的努力，计划打造成为宜居宜业新城区、协调融合先行区、绿色智能示范区的容东片区已初具规模，电信运营商机房的建设将会陆续动工建设，本文重点探讨共建共享的大背景下容东基础设施共建共享合作方式。

Abstract：The establishment of the Xiongan New District is a major historic strategic choice made by the Party Central Committee with Comrade Xi Jinping as the core. So far， the people and construction units of the New District have worked hard for nearly 4 years to build a new city that is livable and industrial. The Rongdong area has begun to take shape， and the construction of the telecom operators computer room will start one after another. This article focuses on the construction and sharing of the Rongdong bureau under the background of co-construction and sharing. the way.

前言

2019年9月9日，中國联通发布公告称，将与中国电信共建共享5G网络。5G网络的共建共享涉及到局房及基础设施的共建共享。运营商在局房及基础设施的投入巨大，涉及装修、油机、动力、空调等多方面。

容东片区规划范围北至津保铁路，南至荣乌高速，东至容城县张市村，西至容城县白塔村，规划面积12.7平方公里。容东片区设置2个汇聚机房，6个综合业务接入点机房，其中两个与汇聚节点机房共址，小区机房共210个。机房用于设置宽带OLT、3G/4G BBU、5G CU/DU、传输网设备等专业设备。机房之间建设多路由光缆。机房建设整体布局DC化，按照IDC标准，进行机房配套建设。由于涉及到的机房众多、并且绝大多数机房是由多家运营商共用，所以急需找到一种方式在容东片区机房的局房及动力配套建设中既能节约建设投资和运营成本，又能保证机房尽快投入使用。
