Smiling is a great way to make yourself stand out while helping your body to lfunction better. Smile to improve your health, your stress level, and your attractiveness. Smiling is just one fun way to live longer.

1. Smiling Makes Us Attractive

We are drawn to people who smile. There is an attraction factor. We want to know a smiling person and figure out what is so good.2lFrowns, 3scowls and 4)grimaces all push people away-but a smile draws them in.

2. Smiling Changes Our Mood

Next time you are feeling down, try putting on a smile. There's a good chance your mood will change for the better. Smiling can trick the body into helping you change your mood.

3. Smiling Is Contagious

When someone is smiling they lighten up the room, change the moods of others, and make things happier. A smiling person brings happiness with him. Smile lots and you will draw people to you.

4. Smiling Relieves Stress

Stress can really show up in our faces. Smiling helps to prevent us from looking

tired, worn down, and overwhelmed. When you are stressed, take time to put on a smile. The stress should be reduced and you'll be better able totake action.

5. Smiling Helps You Stay Positive

Try this test: Smile. Now try to think of something negative without losing the smile. It's hard. When we smile our body is sending the rest of us a message that “Life Is Good”. Stay away from depression, stress and worry by smiling.

微笑是一个可以让你脱颖而出的好办法,同时,它也可以让你的身体更好地运行。微笑让你变得更健康,更能抵抗压力,也让你更有魅力。微笑是让你长寿的一个快乐的方法。

1.微笑使我们有吸引力

我们会被微笑的人吸引。吸引有吸引的理由。我们渴望了解一个微笑的人,想知道是什么让人如此开心。愁眉苦脸只会把人推开,而微笑却把人吸引过来。

2.微笑改变我们的心情

下一次情绪低落的时候,试着露出微笑。很有可能你的心情就会变好。微笑可以“欺骗”你的身体,帮助你改变心情。

3.微笑会传染

当有人微笑时,整个房间的气氛都会变得轻松,其他人的心情也就随之改变,使得事态变得更加快乐。微笑的人随身携带着快乐。多点微笑,你就会吸引更多的人。

4.微笑可以减压

我们一旦有压力,从脸部就可以看出来。即使我们很疲惫、筋疲力尽或备受打击,只要微笑,这一切都看不出来。当你有压力时,请抽出时间来微笑。这样压力就会减少,你的工作也可以做得更好。

5.微笑让你保持积极的心态

试一试这个测试:先微笑一个,再马上想一下某件消极的事情,同时保持微笑。这样做不容易。当我们微笑时,身体向我们传输的信息是“生活很美好”。微笑会让消极、压力和恐惧都离我们远去。
