摘要：大数据时代催生了大数据技术与应用专业人才需求，而高职院校应及时关注大数据相关技术应用型人才培养，融基础理论、工程实践于一体，为大数据新兴产业发展提供应用性、实用性、国际化的复合型专业人才支撑。笔者提出构建基于“产、教、赛三融合”的大数据技术与应用专业人才培养模式，建立“对接产业、校企协同、赛教融通”的大数据技术与应用专业课程体系，并利用“大数据应用工作室”平台，搭建大数据技术与应用专业人才培养的赛训一体化平台，充分发挥其育人功能，培育工匠精神，形成以赛促教、训赛对接、赛创融合的专业实践教学体系，促进教育教学改革探索与实践。

The Exploration and Practice on the Talents Training Mode of Big Data Application Based on the Three Integration of Production， Education and Competition

Abstract： The era of big data has brought about the demand for talents majoring in big data technology and application. Vocational colleges should pay attention to the training of applied talents related to big data in time， integrate basic theory and engineering practice， and provide applied， practical and international support for the development of emerging industries of big data. The author proposes that based on "production， teaching and three fusion" big data applications of professional personnel training mode， set up "docking industry， teach one" big data applications of specialized core curriculum system， and use the "big data technology application studio" platform， guide students to participate in the big data technology and application of professional skills contest， provincial， national race in order to promote teaching and teaching application-oriented training large data fusion， promote the education teaching reform exploration and practice

1 引言

2015年，國务院发布《关于促进大数据发展的行动纲要》，将大数据上升为国家战略，大数据产业迅猛发展，全面开启了大数据时代。大数据作为现有产业升级与新产业诞生的重要推动力量[1]，，迫切需要一批大数据技术应用人才，而高职院校承担着大数据应用型人才培养的重任。2016年，教育部批准在高职院校新增大数据技术及应用专业，随后省内外高职院校纷纷兴起新办或者对相关计算机专业进行专业优化调整成为大数据技术与应用专业，培养大数据应用型人才。笔者所在的广东职业技术学院（以下简称“广职院”）的办学地为珠三角地区，地处粤港澳大湾区，引领着全国大数据产业的发展。……
