Research on Account Disorder and Governance of Tiktok Platform

—Taking “fake Jin Dong” Incident as an Example

Abstract： With the rapid development of Chinas Internet technology and the popularization of 5G technology， cyberspace has become an important activity space in the daily life of Chinese people. As a social software for national short videos， Tiktok has accumulated a large number of user groups. As far as the current situation is concerned， the platform disorders that are widely discussed are mainly pornographic anchors， imitation accidents， addiction and other problems， while there is little research on the governance of fake star accounts. From the micro perspective of account chaos on Tiktok platform， this paper analyzes the causes of this phenomenon and puts forward relevant countermeasures. Finally， it explores the effective ways to manage the chaos and create a clear and peaceful network space.

常生活中重要的活动空间。网络空间的构成少不了短视频的身影，而抖音作为国民短视频社交 软件，积累了大量用户群体，就现状而言，讨论较多的平台乱象类型主要是涉黄主播、模仿事故、沉浸上瘾等问题，而对伪造明星账户治理问题研究较少。本文从抖音平台账号乱象微观视角切入， 分析该现象产生的原因，并提出相关应对策略。最后探究治理乱象的有效途径、营造天朗气清 的网络空间。

一、事件回放

2020 年 10 月， 中年妇女恋上抖音“ 假靳东” 事件牵扯出仿冒名人账号的黑灰产。随后，演员靳东将抖音诉至法院，案由为网络侵权责任纠纷，将于 2021 年 5 月 26 日开庭。

事件发生后，抖音发布《抖音打擊仿冒名人黑产的处罚公告》，永久封禁仿冒名人黑产 账号 5000 余个，包括“东 * 哥”“勒 **63”“勒 ** 助手”等。这些仿冒账号的真实目的被披露——假借情感之名，骗取用户的关注、点击，进而通过电商、打赏等形式获利。更有部 分诈骗账号，将用户引导到外部平台骗取钱财。截至 3 月 20 日，以“靳东”“勒东”“东哥”“东弟”等为关键词，已难在抖音上搜索到仿冒用户。但与“勒东”相关的话题仍在，该话题下 仍能看见靳东的影视片段中混杂少数由他人配音合成的视频。……
