摘要：随着我国经济快速发展，我国人民的生活水平得到了大幅度提高，与此同时，生产、生活的需要也对建筑行业提出了更高要求，不仅需要建筑物具有基本的稳定和安全，对其外观质量及功能也有了更多需求。目前建筑工程中依然存在屋面渗漏的问题，这不仅严重影响了建筑质量，对人民生活、生产也有极大的不利影响。本文从建筑工程屋面防水技术的必要性出发，分析了当前屋面渗漏的原因，并就如何做好建筑工程的屋面防水工程提出了有关施工技术方面的建议。

Abstract： With the rapid development of China's economy， the living standard of our people has been greatly improved. At the same time， the needs of production and life have also put forward higher requirements for the construction industry， requiring not only basic stability and safety， but also more demand for its appearance quality and function. At present， there is still a problem of roof leakage in the construction engineering， which not only seriously affects the quality of the construction， but also has a great adverse impact on people's life and production. Based on the necessity of roof waterproof technology of construction engineering， we analyzes the causes of current roof leakage， and puts forward construction technical suggestions on how to do the roof waterproof project of construction engineering.

时代的发展不仅推动了建筑行业的进步，也扩大了建筑规模。在建筑工程的施工过程中有一项重要的施工工艺，那便是屋面防水的施工，如果这个环节的施工质量没有满足要求标准，就很容易发生屋面渗水的情况，降低了建筑物性能，减少了使用的寿命。因此，在对屋面防水进行施工时，必须按照设计标准以及规范要求来严格进行，重视防水施工技术，做好这项工作，提升建筑物的质量与安全。
