【摘要】 目的：探討米诺环素联合丁香油水门汀对急性逆行性牙髓炎的临床疗效及对血清炎症因子的影响。方法：选取2018年1月-2019年10月本院收治的急性逆行性牙髓炎患118例者作为研究对象，依据随机数字表法将其分为对照组（n=59）和病例组（n=59）。对照组予以丁香油水门汀治疗，病例组在对照组基础上予以米诺环素治疗。比较两组临床疗效、齿松动度、患齿叩痛程度、血清炎症因子及不良反应发生情况。结果：病例组治疗总有效率为94.92%高于对照组的83.05%（P<0.05）。治疗后，两组齿松动度与患齿叩痛评分均低于治疗前，且病例组均低于对照组（P<0.05）。治疗后，两组白细胞介素-8（IL-8）、肿瘤坏死因子-α（TNF-α）及白三烯B4（LTB4）均低于治疗前，且病例组均低于对照组（P<0.05）。两组不良反应发生率比较，差异无统计学意义（P>0.05）。结论：米诺环素联合丁香油水门汀对急性逆行性牙髓炎的临床疗效显著，可有效降低齿松动度及患齿叩痛程度，控制血清炎症因子，安全性较好，值得临床推广。

[Abstract] Objective： To investigate the clinical effect of Minocycline combined with Clove Oil Cement on acute retrograde pulpitis and its effect on serum inflammatory factors. Method： A total of 118 patients with acute retrograde pulpitis admitted to our hospital from January 2018 to October 2019 were selected as the research subjects. They were divided into control group （n=59） and case group （n=59） according to random number table method. The control group was treated with Clove Oil Cement and the case group was treated with Minocycline on the basis of the control group. Clinical efficacy， degree of tooth looseness， degree of percussion pain of affected tooth， serum inflammatory factors and the incidence of adverse reactions were compared between the two groups. Result： The total effective rate of the case group was 94.92% higher than 83.05% of the control group （P<0.05）. After treatment， the degree of tooth looseness and percussion pain of affected teeth score s in both groups were lower than those before treatment， and those in the case group were lower than those in the control group （P<0.05）. After treatment， interleukin-8 （IL-8）， tumor necrosis factor-α （TNF-α） and leukotriene B4 （LTB4） in both groups were lower than those before treatment， and those in the case group were lower than those in the control group （P<0.05）. There was no significant difference in the incidence of ADR between the two groups （P>0.05）. Conclusion： Minocycline combined with Clove Oil Cement has a significant clinical effect on acute retrograde pulpitis， which can effectively reduce the degree of tooth loosening and the degree of percussion pain of affected tooth， control serum inflammatory factors， with good safety. It is worthy of clinical promotion.

急性逆行性牙髓炎臨床表现为疼痛感强烈，遇冷、热或是酸性物质刺激后疼痛感加剧，可降低患者生活质量。根据相关研究提示，若是牙髓感染未能得到及时控制，进一步会使得根尖感染，随着疾病的进展，出现牙髓坏死的情况[1]。现阶段，临床上主要通过开髓拔髓术、根管术等治疗，但难以清除牙周内的细菌或病毒。丁香油水门汀可以缓解疼痛，使得手术得以顺利实施，但根据实践研究表示，丁香油水门汀无法彻底清除炎症因子，病情易反复[2]。米诺环素作为四环素类抗生素，发挥高效、长效的特点，比同类药物更广的抗菌谱。故本研究拟探讨米诺环素联合丁香油水门汀对急性逆行性牙髓炎的临床疗效分析及对血清炎症因子的影响，为临床治疗提供参考，现报道如下。……
