[摘要] 目的 探討自体表皮移植术联合窄谱中波紫外线照射（NB-UVB）对白癜风患者皮损色素恢复效果的影响。 方法 选择2014年1月至2020年2月我院收治的80例白癜风患者，随机分为两组，每组各40例。观察组采用自体表皮移植术联合NB-UVB治疗，对照组采用NB-UVB治疗，比较两组的临床疗效、生存质量及不良反应。 结果 观察组治疗总有效率高于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P<0.05）;治疗后，两组成人皮肤病生活质量指标问卷（DLQI）评分低于治疗前，且观察组低于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P<0.05）;观察组不良反应总发生率为10.00%（4/40），对照组为5.00%（2/40），两组比较，差异无统计学意义（P>0.05）。 结论 白癜风患者采用自体表皮移植术联合NB-UVB治疗的效果较好，可促进皮损恢复，改善患者生存质量，且具有一定的安全性。

Effect of auto-epidermal grafting combined with narrow-band ultraviolet irradiation on skin pigmentation recovery in patients with vitiligo

[Abstract] Objective To explore the effect of auto-epidermal grafting combined with narrow-band ultraviolet irradiation on skin pigmentation recovery in patients with vitiligo. Methods A total of 80 patients with vitiligo admitted to our hospital from January 2014 to February 2020 were randomly divided into the observation group（n=40） and the control group（n=40）. The control group was treated with narrow-band ultraviolet irradiation，while the observation group was treated with auto-epidermal grafting combined with narrow-band ultraviolet irradiation. Clinical efficacy， quality of life and adverse reactions were compared between the two groups. Results The total effective rate of treatment in the observation group was higher than that in the control group， and the difference was statistically significant（P<0.05）. After treatment， the score of skin disease quality of life questionnaire（DLQI） of the two groups was lower than that before treatment， and the observation group was lower than the control group， with statistically significant differences （P<0.05）. The total incidence of adverse reactions in the observation group was 10.00% （4/40） compared with 5.00%（2/40） in the control group， and there was no significant difference（P>0.05）. Conclusion Auto-epidermal grafting combined with narrow-band ultraviolet irradiation has a good effect on patients with vitiligo， which can promote the recovery of skin lesions， improve the quality of life of patients， and has a certain safety.

白癜风是临床常见疾病，毛囊和皮肤黑色素细胞内酪氨酸系统功能的减退及丧失是导致其发生的因素之一，对患者的健康不会造成任何影响，但对之社交、生活造成一定的影响，使患者的生活质量降低[1-2]。表皮移植、药物、自体表皮移植、窄波治疗等是临床治疗白癜风的方法[3]。其中自体表皮移植已被证实对白癜风有一定的效果，但部分患者仍有复色率低及易复发等情况[4-5]。窄谱中波紫外线照射（NB-UVB）是指波长为311～313 nm的紫外线，在临床治疗皮肤病中广泛应用，其对于白癜风具有耐受性好、效率高的特点，并得到国内外学者的证实[6-7]。但临床关于自体表皮移植术联合NB-UVB治疗效果的相关报道较少。本研究旨在探讨自体表皮移植术联合NB-UVB对白癜风患者皮损色素恢复效果的影响，现报道如下。……
