摘 要：年輕恒牙正畸治疗的患者越来越多，对临床效果的要求也越来越高，不仅需要满足患者当时的治疗效果，而且对于术后的感受同样重要。于是文章提出一种改良式间接粘接技术，该技术使用压膜片替代硬质硅胶为材料的外层托盘，从而能够提高手术效率、改善弹性差、降低误差率等传统粘接技术存在的问题。为了定量分析改良式间接粘接技术在年轻恒牙正畸中的临床效果，文章选择了符合条件的62例需要年轻恒牙正畸的患者，然后随机选择32例作为观察组，即使用改良式间接粘接技术进行治疗，剩余的患者作为对照组，即使用直接粘接技术进行治疗。实验过程中主要的观察计算指标有牙间隙相邻牙根平行度、托槽脱落率、术后不良反应和口腔健康相关生活质量。通过对这4个指标的分析，结果表明，相比于直接粘接技术，使用改良式间接粘接技术的压根平行度更好、术后不良反应更少、口腔健康相关生活质量评分更高;另外，相比于MBT托槽，使用自锁托槽的脱落率更低。所以文章结论为在年轻恒牙正畸治疗中借助自锁托槽使用改良式间接粘接技术具有更好的临床效果。

Clinical Effect Analysis of Modified Indirect Bonding Technique in Orthodontics of Young Permanent Teeth

Abstract：Nowadays， more and more young permanent teeth are undergoing orthodontic treatment， and the requirements for clinical results are getting higher and higher. Not only need to meet the patients treatment effect at the time， but also the postoperative experience is equally important. Therefore， the paper proposes an improved indirect bonding technology， which uses a film sheet to replace the outer tray made of hard silicone， which can improve the efficiency of the operation， improve the elasticity， reduce the error rate and other traditional bonding technology problems. In order to quantitatively analyze the clinical effect of modified indirect bonding technology in young permanent teeth orthodontics， the paper selected 62 eligible patients who need young permanent teeth orthodontics， and then randomLy selected 32 cases as the observation group， that is， using modified Indirect bonding technology is used for treatment， and the remaining patients serve as a control group， that is， direct bonding technology is used for treatment. The main observation and calculation indicators during the experiment are the parallelism of adjacent roots between the teeth， the rate of bracket loss， postoperative adverse reactions and oral health-related quality of life. Through the analysis of these four indicators， the results show that compared with direct bonding technology， the use of modified indirect bonding technology has better root parallelism， fewer postoperative adverse reactions， and higher oral health-related quality of life scores; In addition， compared with MBT brackets， the use of self-locking brackets has a lower dropout rate. Therefore， the paper concludes that the use of improved indirect bonding technology with self-locking brackets in the orthodontic treatment of young permanent teeth has a better clinical effect.
