摘 要：人造草坪足球场地是以非生命的高分子复合材料为原料，利用现代工业设计原则和人工铺设方法制作的拟草坪足球场地。文章通过分析传统人造草坪足球场地常用制备原材料，对其中不环保或成本较高的部位进行重新规划与设计，开发出一种对环境友好、生产成本更为低廉的高分子复合材料人造草坪足球场地。该场地主要包括PE草丝层、PP底部层等部分，通过丁苯背胶层与基面实现固定，均为环保、可循环利用材料，避免了传统人工草坪中对不可回收利用材料的使用所造成的浪费与环境污染。

Development and Realization of an Environmentally Friendly Low-cost Polymer Composite Artificial Turf Football Field

Abstract：The artificial turf football field is made of non-living polymer composite materials， using modern industrial design principles and artificial laying methods. The paper analyzes the commonly used raw materials for traditional artificial turf football pitches， re-plans and designs the parts that are not environmentally friendly or has a higher cost， and develops a polymer composite artificial turf football pitch that is environmentally friendly and has a lower production cost. The site mainly includes PE grass silk layer， PP bottom layer and other parts， which are fixed by the styrene-butadiene adhesive layer and the base surface. They are all environmentally friendly and recyclable materials， avoiding waste and environmental pollution caused by the use of non-recyclable materials in traditional artificial lawns.

0 引言

與纯天然植物生命草坪足球场地相比，利用现代塑料化纤或其他材料制备的人工草坪具有显著的优点，如：可全天候使用，受外界自然环境及气候变化影响较小;维护简单，长期养护方便且成本低廉;材质环保，通常可回收利用等[1-3]。因此，人工草坪除部分职业足球竞技联赛不考虑使用外，在其他如业余联赛、学校或对外开放体育场馆中的应用程度越来越深。然而，传统人工草坪的缺点同样较为显著，如采用化学纤维材料制备的草丝层环保性能较差，长期使用容易对运动员身体健康造成不可逆损伤;以沥青或混凝土为基层的底部层缓冲性能较差，无法为运动员提供足够的安全防护;高温条件下场地表面温度变化较大，部分地区人造草坪在夏季时的最高环境温度甚至可高达50℃以上等。……
