【摘    要】小学体育教学中应培养“五种意识”：竞争意识、合作意识、规则意识、健康意识、公平意识，或渗透到技能指导中，或结合在技法讲解中，或糅合在运动训练中，或强化到赛事参与中。总之，愈早培养愈好，愈能培养其大局观、发展观、健康观。因此，本文接下来将基于当前小学体育的教学发展概况，为小学体育提出改进方案，以期对体育教师提高教学效率提供帮助。

【Abstract】"Five consciousnesses" should be cultivated in primary school physical education： competition consciousness， cooperation consciousness， rule consciousness， health consciousness， fairness consciousness， or infiltrate into skill instruction， or combine in technique explanation， or blend in sports training， Or strengthened to participate in the event. In short， the earlier you cultivate， the better， the more you can cultivate its overall outlook， development outlook， and health outlook.Therefore， this article will then propose an improvement plan for primary school physical education based on the current development of primary school physical education， in order to help physical education teachers improve teaching efficiency.

體育、体育教学和体育世界，不仅仅是单轨道。除了技能的提高、身体的强壮和素质的提高，体育教学还承担着培养学生多种意识的责任。比如，让学生从竞争意识中汲取学习动力，从合作意识中知晓团队的重要性，从规则意识中养成遵守秩序的品格，从健康意识中提高生命的韧性，从公平意识中学会平等待人。

一、培养竞争意识，激发学习动力

体育活动或赛事中处处充斥着竞争。可以说，没有竞争，就没有体育赛事;反过来说，“体育运动的本质是竞争性的运动”。有竞争，才有拼搏的动力;有竞争，才能激励人们前进。小学体育教学中，更要培养学生的竞争意识。在50米短跑、100米短跑、铅球比赛、乒乓球运动等赛事中，合理地激发学生的“竞争心”。

一是化整为零，增加单项竞争内容。比如，跳远运动中的“助跑”特别重要，教师不妨在助跑阶段对学生进行评优活动：以助跑的规范程度、力度、动作完美度为标准，并给予合格者一定的奖励。……
