【摘    要】德育工作是教育环节中的首要部分，尤其是随着教育理念的不断进步，德育的重要性也得到了全面的展现。作为一名班主任，在德育工作中的个案和工作规律，对整体的学校德育工作也有着重要的影响。作为教育领域的工作者，我们更应该立足于学生本身，参考优秀班主任的工作个案和工作规律，推动学校整体的德育质量，也能为其他班主任和教师树立一个学习的榜样。笔者结合自身的教育经验，在充分开展研究分析的基础上，提出了一些观点，在此与各位同仁共勉。

Research on theInfluence of Ooutstanding Class Teachers' work Cases and Work Rules on School Moral Education

【Abstract】Moral education is the most important part of the education link， especially with the continuous progress of educational concepts， the importance of moral education has also been fully demonstrated. As a class teacher， the individual cases and work rules in the moral education work also have an important impact on the overall school moral education work. As workers in the education field， we should be more based on the students themselves， refer to the work cases and work rules of excellent head teachers， promote the overall quality of moral education in the school， and also set an example of learning for other head teachers and teachers. Combining my own educational experience， the author puts forward some points on the basis of fully carrying out research and analysis， and I would like to encourage my colleagues here.

德育工作是學校主要的工作环节，作为实施德育的班主任，对德育工作质量和效率都有着不容忽视的重要影响。优秀的班主任工作个案和工作规律，对学校整体德育工作也有着积极正面的影响。

一、优秀班主任工作个案和工作规律对学校德育工作的影响

（一）树立德育模范

优秀班主任的工作个案和工作规律，能够为其他班主任树立榜样，供其他班主任借鉴和学习。通过这种形式，能够带动整体学校班主任的德育工作质量，进而提升学校的德育工作层次，满足德育需求。

（二）为学校开展德育工作提供资源

班主任的德育工作个案和规律，也是开展德育的参考资源。首先，可以利用优秀班主任的德育工作个案和规律，对其余班主任开展教育和培训工作，提升整体的德育水平;其次，在德育的过程中，教师也能将以往的个案和规律引入，丰富德育的内涵和层次。……
