【摘    要】在社会的高速发展下，许多家长忙于投身工作，把学生放手给老人照顾，因而衍生出“隔代教育”一词。本文通过探讨留守儿童中隔代教育的现状、并分析其中存在的问题，立足于充分发挥隔代教育优势的目标，研究有效对策，在教育的方法、内容、形式上进行相互补充，优化心理健康教育策略，全面提升学校教育教学质量。

The Mental Health Education Guidance Strategy for Primary and Middle School Students Based on Intergenerational Education

【Abstract】With the rapid development of society， many parents are busy with work and let their students take care of the elderly， which has led to the term "intergenerational education". This article explores the status quo of inter-generational education for left-behind children and analyzes the existing problems. Based on the goal of giving full play to the advantages of inter-generational education， this article studies effective countermeasures， complements each other in the methods， content and form of education， and optimizes mental health. Educational strategies to comprehensively improve the quality of school education and teaching.

随着城镇化步伐的加快和社会竞争力的上升，许多父母选择进城打工，把孩子留给老人抚养。这种现象在农村更普遍，据统计，笔者所在的县共有农村中小学学生12713人，其中以老人为监护人的留守儿童就有1537人，占全校学生的12.1%。由此看来，学生的隔代教育已成了普遍现象。隔代教育在一定程度上减轻了家长的负担，增进了老人与孙辈之间的感情牵连，增强了家庭的凝聚力。老一辈虽然在生活上对孙辈照顾得非常好，但在情感上无法取代父母的位置，长期下去会对孙辈的心理和行为发展产生负面的影响。

一、隔代教育下中小学学生的心理现状

由于此类儿童长期与父母分离，在情感上无法与父母进行正常的交流，学习和生活中会产生一种安全感和自尊心丢失的感觉，导致焦虑和敌意心理的出现。其心理现状主要表现有：一是性格内向，不爱表现。由于祖辈对孙辈的过分包办代替，他们会有选择性地逃避或者忍让成长路上的诸多问题，遇事缺乏主见，在许多容易解决的问题面前也不愿主动出击，人云亦云，总存在一种自己干不好的心理。……
