烟道蒸发技术在燃煤电厂脱硫废水零排放项目中的应用

摘 要:随着国家环保政策越来越严格,燃煤发电机组污染物的排放受到极大限制,燃煤电厂脱硫废水的零排放已经提上议事日程。但是,燃煤电厂的一些脱硫废水项目存在投资成本较高、安全可靠性有待验证的问题。目前,烟道蒸发是行业内普遍较为关注的脱硫废水处理技术,实现了工业示范和一定的工程应用。因此,研究燃煤电厂脱硫废水零排放技术及其实际应用,具有良好的产业背景,能够促进其工程技术的改革和进步。基于此,本文主要阐述了烟道蒸发工艺系统在脱硫废水零排放项目中的应用。

Application of Flue Evaporation Technology in Zero Discharge Project of Desulfurization Wastewater from Coal-fired Power Plant

Abstract: As the national environmental protection policies become more and more stringent, the discharge of pollutants from coal-fired power plants is greatly restricted, and zero discharge of desulfurization wastewater from coal-fired power plants has been put on the agenda. However, some desulfurization wastewater projects in coal-fired power plants have problems with high investment costs and safety and reliability to be verified. At present, flue evaporation is the most concerned desulfurization wastewater treatment technology in the industry, which has achieved industrial demonstration and certain engineering applications. Therefore, the research on the zero discharge technology of desulfurization wastewater from coal-fired power plants and its practical application has a good industrial background and can promote the reform and progress of its engineering technology. Based on this, this paper mainly described the application of the flue evaporation process system in the zero discharge project of desulfurization wastewater.

石灰石-石膏湿法烟气脱硫因其技术成熟、适应性强成为我国当前燃煤电厂烟气脱硫的主流工艺。目前,我国90%以上燃煤电厂采用石灰石-石膏湿法烟气脱硫技术[1]。在湿法烟气脱硫工艺中,为使脱硫系统保持正常运行,一般控制吸收塔中氯离子含量低于20 000 mg/L,因此需要定时排放一定量的脱硫废水。脱硫廢水的排放不连续,且每次排放的水质和水量都不恒定,不同的煤质、石灰石成分、脱硫装置运行方式、补充水等都会影响脱硫废水的水质和水量。而且,脱硫废水水质较差,污染物种类繁多,主要含悬浮物、氯化物、氟化物、亚硫酸盐、硫酸盐以及微量重金属等污染物,同时具有极高硬度、极低碱度和极高氯离子的特点。燃煤电厂脱硫废水处置由达标排放转为综合利用,实现脱硫废水“零排放”,可避免废水大量排放造成的环境污染,体现了“清洁生产”“循环经济”的发展理念,符合国家节能减排的政策并有着重要的环境效益、经济效益以及社会效益。……
